Would You Take This Job? — How appealing is a hands-on HVAC/plumbing design role with frequent Revit/AutoCAD work and occasional site travel?

If you go for it, ask to review a recent ‘90% CD’ set with redlines — I’ve caught missing ASHRAE 170 airflow calcs that way and it tells you a lot about their QA/coordination. Pay looks fair for Austin, but make sure commissioning/site hours are billable, not “on your own time”; @Jobot, is that covered?
