I’ve been dealing with a customer’s HVAC system that keeps tripping the breaker after a couple of minutes of running. I checked the capacitor and the compressor, but everything seems fine. Has anyone else encountered this? I’m wondering if there could be an issue with the wiring or maybe the circuit itself. Any insights or troubleshooting tips would be appreciated.
Have you checked the wiring connections at the breaker? Sometimes loose connections cause issues like this. Good luck!

Could be worth checking the breaker itself — sometimes they’re just old and don’t handle the load well anymore. I had a similar case recently where replacing the breaker solved the issue. Have you had a chance to test that yet?
Sometimes the issue can come down to a slight overload on the circuit, especially if the system’s been upgraded recently… I had a similar HVAC problem, and adding a small dedicated circuit made all the difference. Have you considered doing that, or maybe checking for any other appliances on the same circuit?
