Keeping new-install timelines on track

Kicking off a 24‑unit garden-style build next Monday, and I’m tightening our sequence so two crews can hit duct rough-in in week 1, AHU sets by day 7, and line sets/pressure tests before electricians. Anyone have a practical template or software that keeps HVAC, plumbing, and drywall in sync — something better than a shared Gantt — so we don’t miss inspections stacked on Thursdays at 2 pm? I’ll swap our 12-week schedule and crew notes if you’ll share what’s working.

Stopped missing Thurs inspections once we tied each unit stack to a location-based checklist in Fieldwire (https://www.fieldwire.com) and made AHU set by day 7 a gate — drywall can’t start until the pressure test task closes. Our two duct crews run the same takt row, and we drop a 48 hr Thurs hold so plumbing/electrical sign-offs hit by Wed; only snag is subs have to check off items, so we assign one foreman per building to police it.
