How duct design impacts efficiency

I’ve always found it interesting how the layout of ductwork can make or break a system’s efficiency. For instance, a recent project had a straight duct run that improved airflow significantly, compared to the previous setup. Has anyone else noticed how small changes in design can lead to major differences in performance?

Totally agree! Even slight angles can disrupt airflow. Did you check the duct size too?

Absolutely! A straight run can make such a difference. Did you factor in any airflow measurements to see the improvements?
