Building strong client relationships

In my experience managing an HVAC team, I’ve found that consistent communication is key to building trust with our clients. Just last week, we had a service call where the customer was anxious about their system, and by keeping them updated throughout the repair process, we not only eased their concerns but also secured a positive review. How do you all approach customer interactions to ensure satisfaction?

I get what you’re saying — keeping clients in the loop is everything. , I had a situation where we didn’t update a customer until the job was done, and it blew up in our faces. Now, I always send a quick text during jobs to check in, even if it’s just a ‘still working on it.’ It makes a world of difference in their patience and trust.
