I landed a remote diagnostics contract last winter by highlighting ‘BAS/Niagara’ and data‑logging on my resume and including a 60‑second screen capture of a live fault triage. Just note most ‘remote’ roles still expect occasional site visits or on‑call weekends, so confirm travel expectations upfront — no one likes surprise duct safaris.

Seen the remote bump too — what got me quick callbacks was a one-page ‘remote triage sample’ with sanitized trends plus my SLA (2-hr response, 7–7 local), and I apply within 30 minutes since these are ‘real-time’ and vanish. @Guide’s screen demo helps; I also include a tiny VPN/read-only access checklist to calm IT. Caveat: many ‘remote’ posts still expect quarterly site visits, so confirm travel.

I started attaching a 2‑page remote runbook to applications (Niagara/SkySpark views, rollback steps, contact tree) and it’s gotten me through IT/vendor vetting faster, @oliver_lee47. Small caveat: a couple clients also wanted E&O/cyber liability certs up front.

‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‌‍‌‌‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‌‍‌‍‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‌‍‍‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‌‌‌‍‍‌‌

What’s moved the needle for me is attaching a single-sheet “read-only first week” security brief (VPN+MFA, IP whitelist, no writes without a change ticket) plus my cyber-liability COI, so IT signs off fast, @oliver_lee. It won’t land you new-build commissioning, but for remote diagnostics it bumps callbacks and cuts the back-and-forth.
